Yay tacos. Flour tortillas for me and crunchy shells for the hubby. Here are some pictures of the process:

For the seasoning, Zach uses flour, cornstarch, cumin, chili powder, cayenne pepper, pico de gallo seasoning and black pepper. Spicy and delicious.
